Returns and Exchanges

Our pajamas are backed by our Love-It Guarantee! Pajamas may be returned up to 60 days after the purchase date.

We know the holidays can be a busy time and we want you to enjoy all the festivities! Pajamas purchased from October 1st to November 30th can be returned until January 31st.

Please note: Pajamas with personalization may only be exchanged for different pajamas of equal value or a gift certificate. We are unable to accept them back for a refund. Please contact us to select the replacement pajamas of your choice.

Exceptions to our Love-It Guarantee:

  • Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • We know you love our pajamas and wear them often, but normal “wear & tear” is not covered by the Love-It Guarantee.
  • If you are returning pajamas for pets, socks, slippers, or pillowcases, please contact us before submitting your return.
  • Overstock items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • We do not refund original shipping charges, as it is a service already rendered by our carriers.
  • Gift Packaging items are not eligible for return.
  • We are unable to accept personalized products back for a refund as they are customized just for you, but we would be happy to exchange them. Please contact us for assistance.
  • If you send your items back for an exchange instead of placing a new order for them, the regular/full price of the new items will be used when processing the exchange and the 60-day return/exchange window will continue to be based on the original order date.

If you want to exchange for items that are on sale, you will need to place a new order to receive the sale price. If the cost of the replacement item is less than the item returned, we’ll issue a gift certificate or refund the difference to the original payment method. Please let us know your preference.

If you ordered through Amazon, please log into your amazon account to process a return. Follow the quick and easy return instructions under your order history.

Exchanges

For the best service and selection, and to ensure the item(s) you want are in stock, please order your replacement items online, or contact us for assistance. Follow our return instructions to send your original item(s) back to us for a refund.

Returns

  1. Find your order number and have your shipping zip code ready. Order numbers are case sensitive.
  2. Click here to complete the Return Form.
  3. Bring your package with the return label or QR code to your local Post Office. Be sure to keep a copy of your tracking number for reference.

Please note, a $9.99 return shipping fee, plus tax where applicable, will be deducted from your refund. Return labels and QR codes are for use in the United States only.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why do I receive an error message when I enter my order number and zip code on the Return Form?

There are several reasons this may occur:

  • The zip code must be the zip code the order was shipped to.
  • Order numbers are case sensitive.
    • If your order begins with pjg, i.e., pjg-0000000, the pjg must be lower case.
    • If your order begins with SO, i.e., SO00413951, the SO must be upper case.
  • Your order may be older than 60 days, so is ineligible for return.
  • You may not have any items in your order that are eligible for return. For example, if all items are Overstock products, they are not eligible for return.

How do I find my order number?

The order number/ID is included in your order confirmation email. It is also located on the Pajamagram Card that is included with your order. Open the card and it is located in the bottom left corner. Please contact us for assistance if you are unable to locate your order number.

How will my refund be credited?

All refunds will be credited to the purchaser’s original form of payment.

How long will it take for my return to be processed?

It can take a few weeks for a delivery service to get your items back to us. Once we receive them, your return will be processed within 7 business days. During our busy season, processing time may take longer. Please keep a copy of your tracking number for reference.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your financial institution to make the funds available to you.

How can I tell if an item is considered final sale?

Click into the Details on the item’s product page. Items marked as “FINAL SALE” will be noted there.

I received pajamas as a gift. Can I exchange them without the purchaser knowing?

Yes! You are welcome to exchange the pajamas without the purchaser knowing. Please contact us to process your exchange.

Can the Free Item I received be exchanged?

Free items do not have an exchange value and cannot be exchanged. The one exception is, if you need a different size of the free item you received, it may be exchanged for a different size. Please contact us if you need to exchange your item for a different size.

I ordered a Bundle or Gift Set that contained more than one item. Can I return only 1 of the items?

Yes, if you ordered a Bundle or Gift Set that did not include a free item and want to return one of the items you may. Your refund will be calculated based on the bundled price of the item returned.

If you received a Bundle or Gift Set that contained a free item, you must return the free item with your return in order to receive a full product refund.

Can I exchange just the top or bottom of the Pajama set I received?

Most of our pajamas are sold as sets and we are not able to exchange only the top or bottom. We do sell some items as separates, and these can be exchanged for a different size.

My order was placed on Amazon, can I return or exchange the Pajamas through your website?

To keep your information safe, Amazon does not share your order details with us. If your order was placed on Amazon, please go through your Amazon account to return or exchange the item.
