Order Processing
Orders are processed during daytime business hours, Monday through Friday. Weekend orders are processed by the following business day.
Gift Card Messages
To protect your privacy, our system does not allow us to alter your gift card message in any way once your order is placed. Please double check your card for accuracy as it will print as typed.
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, you can return or exchange your PajamaGram® gift. Just fill out our PajamaGram® Return Form.
PajamaGram® is a sister company to The Vermont Teddy Bear Company, which has been in the business of making and reliably delivering personalized teddy bears since 1981.
