Please note that since our personalized pajamas are customized just for you, we are only able to offer exchanges on those items.

Making an Exchange

Making an Exchange - Personalized Products

If the product you’re exchanging is personalized with a name or monogram, we do not need you to send it back. Please contact us by chat, email (customerservice@pajamagram.com) or telephone (888-518-2327). We will immediately send you the replacement personalized pajamas of your choice (up to $20.00 more than the original product ordered) free of charge, or issue a gift certificate that can be used at any time towards the purchase of a new pair. Please note that at this time we are unable to accept personalized products back for a refund as they are customized just for you.

Making an Exchange - Non-Personalized Products

You can exchange for an item that is up to $20.00 more than the original product ordered, at no additional cost to you.

1. Click here to download the PajamaGram exchange form.
2. Complete all required fields on the form and include it with the corresponding item(s) in your return envelope or box.
3. Click here to obtain a prepaid FedEx return label (FREE for exchanges). We suggest keeping a copy of your tracking number so you can keep tabs on its progress.
4. Ship to: PajamaGram Returns, 6655 Shelburne Road, Shelburne, Vermont 05482. You can bring your return to your local Post Office or leave it in your mailbox for your mail carrier to pick up.

Processing Time

Your exchange will be processed within five business days of us receiving your package. Please allow up to five additional business days for delivery. If you would like your exchange sooner, please call us at 888-518-2327 and we would be happy to set up an expedited exchange.

Receiving a Refund - Personalized Products

Please note that at this time we are unable to accept personalized products back for a full refund as they are customized just for you. Please contact us by chat, email (customerservice@pajamagram.com) or telephone (888-518-2327) to set up an exchange.

Receiving a Refund - Non-Personalized Products

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable

2. Complete all required fields on the form and include it with the corresponding item(s) in your return envelope or box.
3.  Click here to obtain a prepaid FedEx return label (a $7.99 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of shipping). We suggest keeping a copy of your tracking number so you can keep tabs on its progress.

Processing Time

Your product refund will be processed within five business days of us receiving your package. Please allow up to an additional 1-10 business days for your financial institution to make the funds available to you.
