Make an Exchange

Personalized Products

If the product you’re sending back is personalized, please call us at 888-518-2327 to set up an immediate exchange with FREE personalization on your new product. You will not need to follow the steps below.

Non-Personalized Products

You can exchange for an item that is up to $20.00 more than the original product ordered, at no additional cost to you.

1. Click here to download the PajamaGram exchange/return form.
2. Complete all required fields on the form and include it with the corresponding item(s) in your return envelope or box.
3. Click here to obtain a prepaid FedEx return label. FREE for exchanges! We suggest keeping a copy of your tracking number so you can keep tabs on its progress.
4. Ship it to PajamaGram Returns, 6655 Shelburne Road, Shelburne, Vermont 05482. You can bring your return to your local Post Office or leave it in your mailbox for your mail carrier to pick up.

Processing Time

Your exchange will be processed within five business days of us receiving your package. Please allow up to five additional business days for delivery. If you would like your exchange sooner, please call us at 888-518-2327 and we would be happy to set up an expedited exchange.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
