We get it – sometimes, something just doesn’t fit or isn’t your style, which is why we have such a great exchange policy! If your Pajamas still aren’t quite perfect after you wash them and give them another try, we’ll be happy to send you a different size or style. There are lots of wonderful Pajamas made from carefully selected fabrics in our PajamaGram collection and we are sure there is a style that will work for you!

What is our exchange and return policy?

Every PajamaGram is backed 100% by our Love-It Guarantee: We’ll send you a new set of pajamas, gift certificate (with no expiration date!), or refund equal to the value of the item you want to replace. We want our customers to be happy with the Pajamas they receive, so our exchanges are always free!

Please note: Since our personalized pajamas are customized just for you, we are only able to offer exchanges or gift certificates on those items. Contact us by chat, email or telephone (888-518-2327) and we’ll send you the replacement pajamas of your choice.

How do I set up an exchange or return

Whether you received your PajamaGram as a gift or got them for yourself, setting up an exchange or return is easy!

Did you get your pajamas through Amazon? Log onto your account and follow the quick and easy return instructions under your order history.

If you ordered through Pajamagram there are 3 quick steps:

  1. Print and fill out the exchange/return form
  2. Print out the return label
  3. Send your pajamas back to us!


1. Print out the PajamaGram exchange form and fill it out with what item you are sending back, what you would like as a replacement, and your contact information.

  • If you need your order number or have any questions give us a call at 1-888-518-2327.


2. Obtain our prepaid FedEx return label or you can use your own. Our label will already have the correct address included and is FREE for exchanges.

  • Make sure to keep a copy of your tracking number.
  • If you use our label and are returning your pajamas for a refund, $7.99 will be deducted after we receive your item back.


3. You can bring your return to the local Post Office or closest FedEx location if using our prepaid return label. You can also leave it in your mailbox for your mail carrier to pick up!

How long will the exchange or return take?

It can take up to two weeks for a delivery service to get your items back to us. Once we receive them, your exchange or return will be processed within 5 business days. If we are sending you a different size or style, please allow an additional week for delivery.

If you sent your pajamas back as a return, please allow up to 10 business days for your financial institution to make the funds available to you.

Exceptions to our exchange/return policy

We know you love our pajamas and wear them often, but normal “wear & tear” is not covered by the Love-It Guarantee.

If you’re returning pajamas for pets, please give us a call at 1-888-518-2327.

Please do not take into account sale prices when determining exchange items. The regular/full price of the new item is used when setting up an exchange.

At this time, we are unable to accept personalized products back for a refund as they are customized just for you, but we would be happy to exchange them.

If the cost of the replacement item is less than the item returned, we’ll issue a gift certificate or refund the difference to the original method of payment, please let us know your preference.

We do not refund original shipping charges, as it is a service already rendered by our carriers.

If you ordered through Amazon, please go to your Amazon account to process a return.
