How We Ship Your PajamaGram Gifts

All online orders placed Monday-Friday before 4:30 PM Eastern Time will be shipped the SAME business day. Weekend orders, and orders placed after the above deadline will shipped the next business day. A "business day" is Monday through Friday.

For your convenience, the PajamaGram Phone Center is open one half-hour later than the on-line deadline. Please call us toll-free at 1-800-GIVE-PJs to place your order over the phone.

STANDARD Cannot specify day

Packages are shipped via UPS and United States Postal Service. Packages will arrive within approximately 6 business days (M-F), but may take longer depending on the delivery area. With this service, packages are not guaranteed to be there within a certain number of days, nor for a specific delivery day.

Expedited within 2 business Days (No PO Boxes, cannot specify day)

Packages arrive guaranteed within 2 business days (M-F) if you have placed your order Monday through Friday before the order deadline. We cannot guarantee delivery on a specific day, since there is a slight possibility that it will arrive 1 day early (the next business day).

Rush (no PO boxes, next business day)

Packages arrive guaranteed the next business day (M-F), if you have placed your order Monday through Friday before the order deadline. Orders placed after the Friday order deadline will ship out Monday for overnight delivery on Tuesday. Please note that you may NOT specify a time of delivery for your order.

Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico - Standard (2-6 business days, cannot specify day)

Packages generally arrive within 2 to 6 business days via the United States Postal Service, but some locations may take longer. Please be sure to use a valid USPS delivery address when using this option.

Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico - Rush (1-3 business days, cannot specify day)

Packages arrive via the United States Postal Service within approximately 2 business days (M-F) to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico if you have placed your order on a weekday before the cutoff time. Orders placed on the weekend or after the cutoff time are shipped out the next business day. Please be sure to use a valid USPS delivery address when using this option.

GUARANTEED SATURDAY Delivery (no PO Boxes, residences only)

Saturday delivery is intended mainly for residential (home) addresses. You may choose this option for delivery at a place of business ONLY if you are certain the business will be open — and you MUST include the name of the business in the address. Sorry, this option is NOT available for hospitals, as most will not process package deliveries on a Saturday. You must check your receiver's Zip code for Saturday delivery eligibility!

Sorry, a separate order must be placed for each shipping address — but our online store will "remember" your name and address and save you time by pre-filling those fields the second time around!

We deliver to hospitals Monday-Friday, but in most instances we are delivering to the shipping and receiving department and not directly to your recipient. Depending on the hospital's shipping and receiving procedures, it could take an extra day or two for your gift to reach the recipient. If shipping a PajamaGram gift to a patient, you might consider sending your gift to a home address.

Standard is the only shipping method for orders shipping to a PO Box in the Continental United States.

Please use either Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico Standard shipping method OR Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico Rush shipping method to ship to a PO Box or physical address in Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.

Orders sent to military FPO (Fleet Post Office) and APO (Army Post Office) boxes must be shipped using our STANDARD service. Unfortunately, due to the distant locations of many military postings, it can take several days to deliver to these addresses. Please note: due to current world events we cannot guarantee arrival of packages sent to APO, FPO, or other military addresses.

For orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico please use one of these two methods. Generally, orders arrive within the business days stated below - but some locations may require extra time. Deliveries are made via the United States Postal Service; please be sure to use a valid USPS delivery address when using these options.

This service is NOT guaranteed to be there within a certain number of days, nor for a specific delivery day. Price does include duties and other customs fees. Please Note: WE CANNOT SHIP FOOD ITEMS TO CANADA.
