Order Processing: Can I make a change?
Orders are processed continuously during daytime business hours, Monday through Friday. Weekend and evening orders are processed on the following business day.
If you need to contact us to request a change to your order, we'll make every effort to make the change. However, we process orders very quickly and cannot guarantee that your change can be made. If you do notice an error on your Order Confirmation, please contact our Customer Service Department at 1-888-518-2327 or use our Online Inquiry Form immediately, regardless of chosen shipping option. Delivery Time: When will my package be delivered?
It depends on the local carrier schedule in the receiver's area. Most orders delivered in the Continental U.S. are sent via Federal Express, who deliver throughout the day, and may deliver a package as late as 5:00 p.m. for businesses including hospitals and schools, and 7:00 p.m. for residences.
