Order Processing: Can I make a change?
Orders are processed continuously during daytime business hours, Monday through
Friday. Weekend and evening orders are processed on the following business day.
If you need to contact us to request a change to your order, we'll make every effort
to make the change. However, we process orders very quickly and cannot guarantee
that your change can be made.
If you do notice an error on your Order Confirmation, please contact our Customer
Service Department at 1-888-518-2327 or use our
Online Inquiry Form
immediately, regardless of chosen shipping option.
Delivery Time: When will my package be delivered?
It depends on the local carrier schedule in the receiver's area. Orders are delivered
throughout the day, and may be delivered as late as 5:00 p.m. for businesses
including hospitals and schools, and 7:00 p.m. for residences.
Questions about your order: How will we notify you?
We understand the importance of your PajamaGramSM gift and message. Customer
Service carefully checks each order, and will contact you with any questions or
problems. We will use the billing phone number or e-mail address you provided, unless
you specified other contact information.

Shipping & Tax: How much will it cost to ship my PajamaGram?
Shipping charges depend on the option chosen on the Shipping Form. Tax will be added
to orders shipping to Vermont and North Carolina addresses.
Shipping Address: Where is the package going?
Please provide the name, address including street number and name, and daytime phone
number of the person receiving the PajamaGram® gift, plus any of the following:
- If an apartment or condo: Building, apartment, or suite number
- If a business: Company/department name, building or floor number
- If a hospital: Ward and room number.
You may add any additional drop-off or address information to the Special Instructions
section at the bottom of the Billing Form.

Order Deadline and Shipping Options
We enclose a personalized gift card with every PajamaGram. Please limit text on
your card to approximately 35 words including a signature.
Billing Address: Who is the package FROM?
Please provide the name, address, and daytime phone number of the person sending
the PajamaGram SM gift. If you represent a company that is sending a
gift, please provide us with a contact person's name in the first line of the billing
Confirmation and Tracking E-Mails
An e-mail will be sent confirming that your order has been placed, if "E-Mail Me
A Copy..." option is selected.
A second e-mail will be sent confirming that your order has shipped, if "Receive
Package Tracking..." option is selected. This will include the carrier name and
website address where you may track your package online.
Credit Card Name
Please type in your name EXACTLY as it appears on your credit card.
Daytime Contact Information
Customer Service may need to contact you with any questions regarding your order.
If you do not wish to be contacted at the billing phone number or e-mail address
provided, please tell us what the best way is to reach you during the day.
You must provide us with an e-mail address. Please make sure the syntax is correct,

Security, Payment, Coupon Codes, and Gift Certificates
Our online orders are processed by a secure Stronghold server using SSL technology.
Your credit card information is transmitted to the PajamaGram SM Company
in an encrypted (scrambled) form.
If you prefer to place your order using a form of payment other than a credit card,
please call our PajamaGram hotline at 1-888-GIVE-PJS and we will
be happy to assist you.
If you're responding to a special promotion, please enter your Coupon Code
in the "Coupon Code" field on the Shipping Form.
Error messages occur if you do not complete a required field, or if you hit "ENTER"
during the order. After reading the message, you will be returned to the Order Form;
select the "Place Order" button, fill in the missing information, and please re-enter
your credit card information. As a security measure, the number does not
save on the form when an error occurs.
